Refund policy

These texts exist in French, the binding version, and in English.

You have 14 days after each payment (first subscription or renewal) to ask for a full refund, without giving any reason. This period covers consumers' right of withdrawal. The free trial is not charged: for a subscription that started with a trial, the period runs from the first payment, when the trial ends.

To ask for a refund, use the link on your Paddle receipt or go to paddle.net; you can also write to us at contact@tilefolio.com. Paddle refunds the payment method used, and the site is taken offline.

After 14 days, the current period is not refunded pro rata, but you can cancel at any time: your site then stays online until the end of the paid period.
